The Bot developer may send global announcements to all servers the Bot is in. These will be sent to the server’s designated notification channel (or a fallback channel) and may ping server management roles. Server owners may set a dedicated notification channel using ev!setnotifchannel.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, data, or access.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be announced via the Bot’s global announcement system.
